Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £79.
• Standard Shipping: A shipping fee of £6.99 applies to orders under £79.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order processing, courier operations, weekends, bank holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Deliveries are normally handled by DPD.

Orders placed through HerbalFitStore.co.uk are processed and shipped from Herbalife's UK warehouse on behalf of Independent Distributor Raffaele Borrelli.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day are normally submitted for processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends or on bank holidays are normally submitted for processing on the next working day.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of processing on working days. Processing and delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, month-end periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter the fulfilment process shortly after being submitted.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun. This does not affect your applicable statutory consumer rights.
